League Information

St. Louis Lax will again offer a Pre-Season Indoor Lacrosse conditioning and scrimmage league for girl’s high school players. The goal is to present a weekly skills improvement program for NEW and returning high school players to offer them the opportunity to condition themselves for the coming lacrosse season under the guidance and supervision of certified lacrosse officials and local and former collegiate lacrosse players.

This is the 24th year that St. Louis Lax has offered girls Fall & Winter Indoor programs.

The girl’s program will require every girl to wear protective eye goggles and a mouth-guard in order to participate in any scrimmage.
Lacrosse pennies will be provided to each participant.

Directions: I-270 South to MO. Highway 21, Tesson Ferry Road, turn right (south) and immediately get to the left-hand lane to turn left onto Mattis Road, and then left again on Old Tesson Road. Follow the outer road to the end.

Pre-Season Indoor Lacrosse is recommended by the majority of girl’s high school coaches in the St. Louis area as the best conditioning to prepare for the Spring 2025 Lacrosse season.

NOTE: ON OCT. 22, 2024 YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE SCHEDULED TIME FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 29.

FALL SESSION: FEE: $145.00 OCT. 29 thru Dec. 10 2024 Goalies: $70.00

The Fall Session will begin TUESDAY Oct. 29, 2024 and playing seven (7) weeks, ending on TUESDAY December 10th with one 50 minute game each week.

If you register by September 30, 2024 you registration fee is ONLY $135.00 as an Early Incentive.

Registrations received after October 18, 2024 will be charged an additional $25.00 Late Fee.

The games are at 3:45 PM or 4:00 PM on Tuesday's afternoons at Vetta Concord Sport Ctr.
